Goose Island Bourbon Bourbon
A rich, dessert-inspired stout, 2025 Bourbon County Brand Cherries Jubilee is aged first in fresh bourbon barrels, then finished in cognac barrels for layers of oak, vanilla, baking spice, and dried fruit. Blended with Montmorency cherries, citrus, and panela, it drinks like a velvety, boozy Cherries Jubilee with flavors of candied dark cherry, soft vanilla, and a caramelized citrus finish.
2025 Bourbon County Brand Chocolate Praline Stout starts as the classic, barrel-aged Bourbon County Stout, known for developing notes of toasted marzipan and dried fruit over time. Aged in freshly emptied bourbon barrels, it’s then layered with cocoa nibs, hazelnuts, almonds, cashews, and dates to spotlight rich flavors of chocolate, caramel, and roasted nuts—capturing the essence of a decadent chocolate praline in a full-bodied, bourbon-kissed stout.
2025 Bourbon County Brand Double Barrel Stout is a collaboration between Goose Island and Heaven Hill that showcases the heart of Bourbon County: the barrel. Drawing on 30+ years of barrel-aging expertise, Goose Island aged this stout in two successive sets of freshly emptied Heaven Hill Bottled-in-Bond bourbon barrels, amplifying layers of complexity and whiskey character. The result is a richly expressive stout that celebrates bourbon, craftsmanship, and the transformative power of time in the barrel.
Parker Beam, a sixth-generation Master Distiller at Heaven Hill, spent over 50 years shaping a legacy of quality and innovation that now lives on in the Parker’s Heritage Collection. In tribute, the 2025 Bourbon County Brand Reserve Stout was aged for two years in Parker’s Heritage barrels, developing intense, layered flavors of cocoa, dried fruit, spice, and toasted oak. The result is a richly matured, contemplative stout that highlights the depth possible through extended aging.
